Alleged Images of Microsoft Xbox 360 Slim Emerge
A web-site has released what it claimed to be the first photos of Microsoft’s Xbox 360 slim games console. This device appears to resemble the original Xbox 360, but is much smaller and slimmer.
Dutch site GameKings claimed the couple of pictures emailed to them recently supposedly show off a slim and more energy efficient Xbox 360 and also show that it will inherit a number of design elements from the original console. They were told that it goes by the code-name “Napoleon”.
Previously it was reported that the slim version of Xbox 360 was based on the code-named Valhalla design.
As several forum posters noted that the product pictured resembles the HD DVD add-on drive for the Xbox 360, it turned out that this was… An April Fool – 360 Slim!
This really should be an April Fool… but it isn’t!
